In our quest to provide you with the best possible service, we have compiled a list of answers to some of our most commonly asked questions. 1. How do I place an order online? As you browse, you can select items you wish to purchase by clicking the Add to Basket icon, or use our convenient Quick Order to place an order from one of our current print catalogs. New customers will need to Create an Account. When you're redy to check out, simply follow the easy instructions provided.

2. What are the shipping charges? The customer pays the actual shipping charges, which are determined at the time of shipment.

3. Can I order from Abbey Press if I live outside the US? In addition to the US, we also ship to addresses in the US territories, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. All other countries may fax their order to 812-357-8379 with their freight forwarder information. Call customer service at 1-812-357-8220 for more information.

4. How can I check on the status of my order? E-mail our customer service department at service@abbeytrade.com , or call 1-812-357-8220 to recieve information about your order.

5. Can I order from your catalog online? Yes. Just click on the Quick Order icon and enter the product number. Please note that because our inventory constantly cahnges to fill the needs of our catalogs, we may not always offer every product we carry for sale on the site. Products are offered while supplies last. See our Terms & Use section for more information.

6. What information is needed for a first-time order? A credit application and resale certificate form needs to be completed and returned to our credit department before your order is processed. First time orders may be prepaid or sent C.O.D. A customer must have their credit approved before being billed on account according to our Terms & Conditions.

7. How long will it take to get my order? Your order will be precessed with 2 business days. Depending on your geographic location, you should recieve your order within 3-5 business days in the continental U.S.

8. How can I receive your catalog? To request a FREE catalog, click here and we''ll send you the current edition.
